2-HOUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We are sorry to hear that you have changed your mind, nevertheless, please kindly contact us via our Customer Service Mailbox at [email protected] to submit your order cancellation request. Please note that we only accept your request if it is sent within a 2-hour window from the moment your order placement was recorded in our system. After this 2-hour, we apologize for having to neglect your order cancellation request.
Please kindly mention your order details which include the order number, the product variant as well as the quantity in your request email.
Our response to your order cancellation request might come within 24-hour business days; hence patiently waiting for our response. If your request is validated, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for your purchase within a few minutes. A full refund will be issued in this case.
30-DAY REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We cherish our products as much as we do, hence, Amrosie always tries to bring the best of us to our customers. Nonetheless, there are few occasions when customers might not be satisfied with the delivered parcel, hence, we have created this 30-day Refund & Exchange Policy as the resolution for this case. To submit a refund and/or exchange request, please follow the instruction below:
- Step 1: Look for the status of your parcel’s delivered to date on the tracking number system. If it has been more than 30 days since the tracking system record your parcel arrival, then any of your requests might not be ineligible.
- Step 2: Check if your request falls into one of the following categories (Which are also the only cases we accept your refund and/or exchange request)
- Design issues: Faded, Wrong color, Unaligned, Wrong size, Wrong design
- Product issues: The fabric is too thin, The fabric is too thick, The material does not feel right (too much polyester), Wrong size, Wrong variant, Scratched.
- Unacceptable shipment delay compare to the estimated time frame.
- The tracking number status says your parcel has arrived but it doesn’t.
- Step 3: Prepare pieces of evidence for your request:
- High-resolution images of your delivered item’s current status from different angles. It should illustrate the dysfunctionality or damages which cause your frustration to execute these steps.
- Screenshots of online digital receipts with our store, to prove that you really did buy the items from us.
- Step 4: Hit the “Send” button to our Customer Service mailbox at [email protected] together with all of the pieces of evidence you have prepared.
- Step 5: Patiently wait for our response within the next 24 hours, note that responses only come in the working hours of our business days. Further instructions will be provided by then.
(*) Notice:
- A full refund will be issued in this case
- The shipping fee for the validated order exchange requests is on us.
- If your request is validated, the refund will be automatically sent into your bank account (The one you used to purchase your order)
- It might take some time for the refund to be processed. This time frame depends totally on your card issuer policy and procedure. If the refund has been postponed for more than 2 weeks, please kindly contact us via the familiar email address: [email protected]
- We WILL NOT Accept Your Return & Refund Request If:
- The item(s) have been worn or washed.
- The item(s) have been altered in any way
- The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and saleable condition unless the condition is our fault
- The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
- The item(s) have some redundant thread that can be cut/fixed easily
- The item(s) are in their original condition and are sent back with their original packaging.
